Magazine Dates

What's up with Magazines, which idiot decided to put the issue date as the next month, I cannot see any logic and it confuses the hell out of me, I bought my favorite computer magazine today (sad yes I know), and guess what, its November edition, its not even October yet !!!, does this mean next month I can get my Christmas present, now... did I forget to buy Octobers edition ?

Come on.... but the issue month the same as the month it was released in.
